All players who are legal residents in the United States per the criteria listed on the registration form can enter the drafys
Are overseas players allowed?
No, only the players that are eligible as per the criteria listed on the registration form will be allowed. .
What is the U21 player draft criteria?
Born after September 1, 2004 and has to be a legal resident of the United States of America.
